Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") is an addendum to the Terms of Service between Kortex Labs, LLC ("Processor") and the customer ("Controller").

1. Definitions and Scope

This DPA applies to the processing of Personal Data as part of the Services provided by Processor to Controller.

2. Processor Obligations

Processor shall process Personal Data only on documented instructions from the Controller.

3. Security Measures

Processor shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.

4. Sub-processors

Processor shall not engage another processor without prior specific or general written authorization of the Controller.
